Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

Account Registration

If duplicate accounts are discovered, 22ph1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities if fraud is suspected.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22ph1 login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. 22ph1 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details. Account Verification

22ph1 is required to verify the identity of account holders. Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may also be requested at any other time at our discretion — including during routine compliance reviews or if unusual account activity is detected.

Documents you may be asked to provide include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS, GSIS, PRC, or similar)
• Proof of address issued within the past three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing registered name)
• Additional documents if requested under anti-money laundering compliance procedures

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 22ph1 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or mismatched payment sources.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent verified deposit where possible. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method:

22ph1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing withdrawal funds. Withdrawals associated with accounts under investigation may be placed on hold until the review is completed.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on 22ph1 are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within each product. The following general rules apply across all 22ph1 games and sports betting markets:

• Bets are only accepted when your account holds sufficient funds to cover the stake.
• A bet is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by the 22ph1 system and a confirmation reference has been issued.
• All game results determined by certified RNG software are final. Live dealer results shown on the 22ph1 stream are final once the round is settled.
• Sports bet settlement is based on the result of the relevant event at the time of completion. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, 22ph1's settlement rules for the specific market apply.

• One promotion per household, device, or IP address, unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is processed.
• 22ph1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including for reasons of abuse or technical error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 22ph1 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one 22ph1 account.
• Identity fraud: Using false, borrowed, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with 22ph1 games or markets.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus terms through irregular patterns, stake manipulation, or coordinated wagering.
• Money laundering: Using the 22ph1 platform to process proceeds of crime or to obfuscate the origin of funds.
• Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of obvious software errors, miscalculated odds, or display glitches in a way not intended by normal gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after wagering deposited funds.
• Third-party access: Allowing, offering, or selling your account access to another person.

22ph1 monitors account behaviour and transaction patterns. Accounts exhibiting prohibited conduct will be investigated. If misconduct is confirmed, 22ph1 will take action proportionate to the violation, up to and including permanent account closure and legal referral.

Responsible Gaming

22ph1 is committed to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming. The following responsible gaming features are available through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits to your 22ph1 account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.

• Reality checks: On-screen summaries of session activity and net balance changes.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily suspend your access to 22ph1 for a defined period. During self-exclusion, no logins or deposits are accepted.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• At the request of the player (self-exclusion or voluntary closure)
• As required by law or by a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• If the account is found to be associated with a self-excluded player or a prohibited territory

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, 22ph1 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@22ph1.best. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and the remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 22ph1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, software, and data — is the property of 22ph1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the 22ph1 platform without express written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes under these Terms.

Scraping, data extraction, or automated access to 22ph1 content for any purpose other than personal use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22ph1 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your own actions, including bets placed in error, expired promotions, or failure to use account control tools
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party provider issues
